CAROZZA BREAD

An italian inspired dish often referred to as ( Mozzarella in carozza ). Its a variation of a grilled cheese sandwich made with slices of bread stuffed with mozzarella cheese, then dipped in egg and breadcrumbs before being fried until golden and crispy.
